Viralyze ("we," "us," "our") provides an AI-powered social media growth analysis tool. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and authentication information (including via Google Sign-In, if you choose that option).
Content you provide: When you use the Analyzer or Hook Generator, we collect the performance data, niche, and platform information you enter, along with any screenshots, photos, or videos you upload for analysis.
Usage data: We track how many free analyses you've used, and basic usage patterns to operate and improve the product.
Payment information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com. We do not directly store your full credit card details — these are handled entirely by Paddle.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate the analysis, chat, and hook generation features
- Generate your growth reports and recommendations using AI (see Section 3)
- Enforce usage limits on free accounts and manage subscriptions
- Communicate with you about your account (e.g. email verification, password resets)
- Improve and maintain the product
3. Third-Party Services
We share data with the following third parties, solely to operate the service:
- Supabase — hosts our database, authentication, and file storage
- OpenAI — processes the content you submit (performance data, uploaded images/videos, and chat messages) to generate your AI reports and recommendations.
- Paddle.com — our authorized reseller, handles subscription billing and payment information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account information and saved analyses for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent to data processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
