    Welcome to Viralyze. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

    1. Description of Service

    Viralyze provides AI-generated social media growth analysis, content recommendations, and hook generation for content creators. Reports and recommendations are generated using artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only — we do not guarantee any specific growth outcomes, view counts, or results from following our recommendations.

    2. Accounts

    You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 13 years old to use Viralyze (or the minimum age required in your country to consent to use of online services without parental permission).

    3. Free and Paid Plans

    Free accounts are limited to a set number of analyses. Paid subscriptions unlock additional usage and features, billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use Viralyze for any unlawful purpose
    • Upload content you don't have the right to upload
    • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security measures, or reverse-engineer the service
    • Use the service to generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

    5. Your Content

    You retain ownership of any content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process that content (including sending it to third-party AI providers like OpenAI) solely for the purpose of generating your reports and recommendations.

    6. AI-Generated Content

    Reports, hooks, and recommendations are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and independently verifying any content before publishing or acting on it.

    7. Disclaimer of Warranties

    Viralyze is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viralyze and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

    9. Dispute Resolution

    Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Viralyze will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

    10. Changes to the Service or Terms

    We may update these Terms or modify the service at any time. Continued use of Viralyze after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
